We have been living at Newbury Road since August 2017. The property is perfect for us, and great value. It has been well looked after and is in a great location for commuting but also enjoying the local amenities.
The first thing that sets Tungsten MG apart from other agencies is how welcome we were made to feel on arrival at our new home – there was a bunch of flowers waiting for us which was a nice touch!
We are in direct contact with Emma, which makes things so much easier to sort out. It’s also nice to have that personal touch, we know we’re talking to someone who cares.
Whenever we have had an issue with the property, it has always been easy to resolve, and fast. This is true whether it’s small repairs or installing a new washing machine, nothing is too much trouble.
All in all, our experience with Tungsten MG has been great, and so much better than our experiences with other property managers. We would highly recommend Tungsten MG!
