  • The property was a fairly new 2 bed property in Medway, Kent with an open planned kitchen and bedroom on the ground floor, a lounge with access to the garden in the basement area and two good sized bedrooms on the first floor.

  • This property was in a good state so we reconfigured the internal space with care. We kept the kitchen and erected fire walls around the kitchen. This reduced the space but each room were very good in size so this did not impact on the tenants.

    We created an ensuite within each room as we know that this is highly demanded feature from those who rent.

    This house has a fantastic garden and due to limited access we lay concrete slabs so there is minimal maintenance and disturbance to the tenant on the basement level.

  • A 4 bedroom HMO offering individual ensuites, double wardrobe with long mirror, double bed with an orthopaedic mattress, bedside cabinet and lamp, blackout blinds, power sockets and TV port. There is a shared kitchen area and dining space.

    This property offers beautiful views over Chatham and is an easy walk to Medway hospital and the railway station. The property has a lovely homely feel and we have never had any issues letting these rooms.
