Emma Clarke

Co-Founder & Director

Emma, the co-founder and director has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. You will be well looked after through her well-tuned customer service approach, plus her organisation skills will make sure that you are valued and included as part of the team.

Collectively, TMG have over 20 years experience in the property industry ranging from self-managed single lets to project management of HMO’s. Our portfolio has grown to over £1 million in a relatively short time period through excellent organisation, clear direction and management.
We have invested in ourselves as well as our portfolio in terms of our education and have professional mentors too that keep us up to date and on top of industry practices.
As a landlord Emma is part of the NLA (National Landlord Association) and we also attend local property meets and those held in London.

Perry’s Accountants are specialists in property tax and ensure our business structure, incomes and expenses are inline with the law.


DezRez are property law processionals who deal with residential and commercials purchases. The team are very efficient and assist on keeping purchases and projects to schedule.

Mortgage Broker.

Our mortgage broker can access the whole market to enable we have access to the best rates.


We use local architects as they know what designs and drawing has been accepted by the council previously and have a wealth of knowledge on the restrictions or complications we could face. We can therefore address any issues in the planning stages.


We use local builders who have local knowledge and expertise to support the design process. The builders have been operating in our chosen area for a number of years and have completed similar projects. They have the insurances required to take on our projects.

We provide superb customer service to our tenants through our appointed management company, plus always personally being on the end of the phone.

We are to assist with any queries relating to the property, the local area or anything else as your happiness is our primary concern.

We have state of the art fobs that allow you access to the property without the use of keys plus we have welcome packs with the basic essentials to ensure your first few days in the property are as easily as possible.

Transparent and openness

We want your time in your new home to be as happy as possible and that is why we are as open and honest with our communication as possible. We are on the end of the phone or email, we have a specific contact at the management company for you and we have a team you can call to solve any urgent issues!

We want to ensure that you feel that you can talk to any of the team without any hesitation, so you feel like cared for. We will regularly be in contact via email and be available to visit you at the property when requested in case you have any concerns, plus a household guide will make sure you know how to use all the appliances, know about the local area and amenities so you can enjoy your time in our property.
