Project Completed: April 1, 2019

  • Tungsten MG were able to transform this 3 bed terrace house in Medway, Kent via a property conversion project in to a 5 bed HMO. This property had a lounge, kitchen and bathroom on the lower level with two good sized bedrooms on the first floor and a small box room to the rear.

  • This property conversion stripped back the property to its bare bones and we reconfigured the internal space like all our other projects by dividing the lounge at the front and the central room on the ground floor. This created Bedroom A and the lounge.

We then created three bedrooms on the first floor where Room BC and D are. Room D has an off-suite but this is on the same floor as the bedroom and under the stairs to the loft. Room E was then placed in the loft conversion with its own ensuite and beautiful views over Gillingham.

This house has a fantastic garden that we have kept as a garden and this is maintained bi-weekly and allows rear access for anyone with a bike.
