I recently moved out after renting with Emma (Tungsten Management Group) and I can honestly say she has been an amazing landlady. She is so pleasant, approachable, and flexible, which made the whole renting experience stress-free. Any queries were dealt with quickly and kindly, and she was always fair and understanding. Altogether a truly lovely person and I feel lucky to have rented from her. Highly recommended!
