I have Emma as my landlady for almost 4 years. I only have good things to say. She's professional, easy to communicate with, above all, caring for tenant. Recently I had an power outage at home in the afternoon right before bank holiday weekend, I called her in panic. She calmed me down and tried to find a electrician in the impossible hour. It turned out it was me accidentally poured washing liquid into a wall socket. During that, I can even hear her child crying in the background whilst she was calming me down. In all, best landlady I've ever had.
