Emma is the founder and sole director of Tungsten Management Group (TMG). After graduating from Loughborough University, she began her career in the hospitality industry, culminating in her role as Sales Manager at a major London conference and exhibition venue, where she grew the sales budget from £500k to £1.3m in under four years. During her 13 years in hospitality, Emma honed exceptional **customer service, organisational, and management skills** that now underpin her success in property.
Emma currently leads the Lettings and Investment team at TMG. She works closely with landlords, tenants, builders, architects, councils, and letting agents, overseeing every stage of property conversions and lettings. Through hands-on experience, she has developed a highly efficient process for sourcing, refurbishing, and letting properties, allowing her to focus on cultivating investors, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
As an accredited Level 3 Award Residential Letting and Property Management and NRLA landlord, Emma is actively engaged in the property community, attending networking events and staying up to date with the latest market trends.
Now a new mum, Emma values her family time and has built a reliable, professional team to support TMG’s growth. This enables her to balance her time between Kent and Devon, confident that the business continues to operate smoothly and deliver a high-quality service to landlords, tenants, and investors alike.
