Emma is the founder and sole director of Tungsten Management Group. She begun her career, after leaving Loughborough University, in the hospitality industry. Her last role there was as a Sales Manager at a large London conference and exhibition venue. Here she grew the sales budget from £500k to £1.3m in under 4 years. From her 13 years’ experience in this industry, she has fine tuned her customer service plus organisational skills.
Currently Emma heads up Tungsten’s sourcing team, oversees the project managers, and manages the business as a whole. In this role she works closely with; builders, architects, building control, local council and letting agents. Whilst managing Tungsten MG’s five rental properties.
After completing a number of property conversions, the process – of sourcing through to letting – is now an efficient operation. Their management requiring less time, allows Emma to concentrate on cultivating investors, and actively searching for new properties for Tungsten MG’s portfolio.
Emma is an accredited landlord through NRLA and can often be seen at networking events and reading property magazines.
As a new mum, Emma finds her family time very precious and to ensure the company’s growth has developed a strong and reliable team around her. Being able to leave the teams to carry out their roles, allows Emma to split her time between Kent and Devon, where her family reside safe in the knowledge the business continues to run effectively
