I’m thrilled to welcome a new landlord bringing 5 properties to TMG Lettings — 3 are already tenanted, and 2 are finishing refurbishment and coming to market soon. Plus, we’ve got a brand-new 6-bedroom property on Nelson Roadlaunching mid-February, and this landlord has also just completed a 3rd property that will become a HMO.
I’m also speaking with lots of potential clients who are thinking about or in the process of purchasing buy-to-let properties, and it’s great to see so much interest in property investment right now!
