We’re excited to share some positive updates from the business this month.
Later this month, we’ll be bringing a brand-new HMO to the market with one of our existing landlords. Demand has already been strong, with one tenant secured and several more viewings booked over the coming weeks.
This same landlord also has another property currently going through conveyancing, and we’re proud to continue supporting them as their portfolio grows.
Alongside this, we’re currently in discussions with two other landlords, which is really encouraging as we continue to build strong, long-term relationships.
On a personal note, I’m also focusing on my own development, particularly around education and fitness, as I believe personal growth plays a huge part in running a successful business.
