This month, we’ve been keeping up with our ongoing maintenance schedule, with a particular focus on Holmbury Grove, where we replaced the laminate flooring in the kitchen. Regular maintenance like this helps us ensure our properties remain in great condition for our tenants.
I also carried out our routine fire alarm checks across our HMOs in Medway. It was great to catch up with several of our tenants during the visits. These regular check-ins not only help us stay on top of safety compliance, but they also show our tenants that TMG Lettings takes its responsibilities seriously and delivers on our commitment to maintaining safe, well-managed homes.
On a personal note, we’re making the most of the long summer — balancing quality family time with the day-to-day running of our businesses.
