Here’s what’s been happening this month at Tungsten Management Group:
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve now reached 100% occupancy across all of our HMOs and single lets — a huge achievement and a testament to the team’s continued hard work!
Over the past few weeks, we’ve completed a number of check-ins and check-outs, and we were excited to welcome three new tenants into their new homes.
As part of this busy period, we’ve also taken time to refine our documents and internal processes to ensure we stay as efficient, organised, and tenant-focused as possible. Our goal is always to provide the best possible service, and every improvement helps us get there.
In other news, we’ve started working with a new landlord in Wigan. As the leaseholder of Wallgate, Wigan, we were recently contacted by the new building management company, and we’re happy to report that initial conversations have gone really well. We’re looking forward to what the future holds in that partnership.
All in all, it’s been a busy and productive month, and the hard work we’ve put into matching the right tenants with the right HMOs has truly paid off.
