We have had a busy May with 3 rooms available to rent and a new tenant moving into our Croydon single let.
The team have been busy conducting a number of viewings to ensure we find the right tenants for the Weston Road and Canterbury Street houses.
Plus we have been on hand to assist with our single let tenant who has never lived alone before - we are offering her our human touch.
We hope to give you an update next month with news that all the rooms have been rented.
