As we enter March we are at 100% capacity in terms of let rooms, and we have maintained our reactive maintenance policy and making sure the tenants are updated with how work is progressing.

I have continued my study and I plan to complete the 3 units by the end of 2025. It has taken a lot of self discipline to study alone, but I am learning and developing and focus on the end of year target.
