We have now completed a number of check in and check outs, so our processes are been well honed such as using the lock box outside each out house so the new tenants can access their new rooms when convenient for them
We have added a new system to distinguish each tenants kitchen space from one another which seems to be working well and making usage of this space fair for all.
I have been using the traditional methods to advertise the available rooms, but I have also secured 2 new tenants via current tenant referrals which is a win win for all.
I look forward to a very busy and productive February!
