Welcome to a new vlog from TMG Lettings! 455 Canterbury Street is nearly full, and we’ve got several viewings lined up to make sure we secure a tenant for the final room by the end of December.
We’re also excited to share that we’ll be taking on another property from the same landlord in mid-January, so make sure you’re following TMG Lettings on all our socials for updates.
We’ve been carrying out the check-ins for this new HMO, and because the tenants are already living in the property, we’re fine-tuning a few aspects and staying on hand to offer advice to help make their stay as comfortable as possible.
Last week, I had a great day in Gillingham, Medway, meeting with a potential new landlord whose current property is back to brick — such an exciting stage of the process! I also met with another gentleman who’s interested in getting involved in the lettings agency side of things.
TMG Lettings is looking forward to a well-earned break over Christmas, but don’t worry — our emergency lines will remain open.
