This month we have 4 rooms to fill and we have had a huge number of high quality applicants. We have conducted a number viewings and we hope to have all 4 rooms filled by the end of the month just after the current tenants vacate.
The single lets and 5 apartments in Wigan have remained excellent investments and we have had little to react to there.
I am to begin my Unit 2, 3 and 4 of the Residential Letting Level 3 qualifications and I am to complete this by December 2025.
The start of 2025 has been busy and this is the start we would wish for as this year will be an incredible year for both the lettings and investment arm of TMG.
