This month has been our first full month as TMG Lettings. It has been a very busy time period with 3 rooms available for renting in December.
We have listed the rooms on several platforms and conducted a number of viewings. We have also completed 2 check out processes and released the tenants deposits. T
he learning curve has been sharp. We have successfully let the two rooms which is a great win for us with our business being at the start of its new chapter. I have thrived off the face to face contact with contractors, new tenants and current tenants and allows me to use my skill set that I have built over many years.
We are excited for the future months as TMG lettings so please follow our journey.
