This month we will see a new tenant in Newbury Road and also our longest tenant of 7 years will leave Tweedy Road - both properties are in Bromley. When the two long standing tenants leave we will be carrying out routine decorating and maintenance, so that the properties are clean and fresh for the new tenants.
I have taken on the directorship of The Clockhouse with the aim to support the 2 current directors so we can maintain the beautiful grade II listed building. We need to protect this local historical asset and our investment.
This month I hope to complete my Digital Promotion for Business course with Successful Mums. I will gain further qualifications whilst developing my social media skills and network with other similar minded and aspirational mums.
