This has been a month of maintenance. We have addressed some damp in a HMO room that was caused by an issue with the trickle vents and we have improved the ensuite ventilation. The gardeners have been busy with a huge surge in growth. All our HMO's and single let's have outdoor space which we feel adds value to the tenants experience and their rental fee includes a gardener. We are proud to be very responsive to all the tenants feedback so they feel like they are cared for and therefore they care for our properties.
The apartments at Wigan have seen 2 tenants move out so we have been busy tidying the flats ready for new viewings.
The new business venture still has momentum and I am to decide to start this now or hold back until the young children at in school, in 2026! But if I do not start the new business I will be undertaking employment to generate more income for the TMG pot but also to ensure I have fulfilment and continue to grow.
