We have now reached the end of the summer holidays for Tungsten Management Group and for the family. So we are fully recharged and ready for a productive and busy few months. We had a good month with the property lets and whilst I was away we had new tenants move into Newbury Road. We had a new bathroom suite, kitchen sink and boiler installed along with a whole house redecoration. The tenants moved in at the end of August but we agreed as a good will gesture to store some of the furniture before this date as we completed some of the works and whilst they stayed with friends as the tenancies did not cross over. It showed them the sort of understandable and human landlord I am! Two of the tenants in the HMO rooms had to had new wardrobes replaced but it has been a quiet month in terms of action needed in the HMO. This is hugely down to the letting agent, Vanessa who selects great tenants for Tungsten Management Group.
