Last month was a quiet month as all the tenants are now settled into Wigan and have begun to pay their rents. The tenants in Medway are all paying their rents on time and are happy with their homes too. We have had the usual maintenance tasks to carry out but there have been dealt with swiftly by the letting agents.
We remain vigilant for new property opportunities but I am also looking at admin roles that can help to create a second income stream to support our strategy of paying down our mortgages. I will give you more of an update on this next month.
