Tungsten Update December 2023

Welcome to the last vlog for 2023!

This month we have again been concentrating on maintenance issues across our property portfolio. We have a number of leaks which we have dealt with such as a small seepage of water behind the tiles at Newbury Road so we have installed aqua boards after removing the tiles. We have identify a leak in Wigan and this is being dealt with by the facilities team that manage the building - they work on behalf of the landlord as we are leaseholders. I also got involved with some maintenance issues at the buy to let in Bromley North so I am very pleased with handy work!

We have had a very busy month and it has been a superb way to end a great year for TMG.
