Wigan has completed! Our 18 week project became an 18 month project but we have overcome all the obstacles and now have tenants moving in. To date we have 3 tenants moved into the apartments which means we finally have rental money coming into the business.
I had to mention the building control officer in this blog who was outstanding. The timing of when he joined us was difficult and complicated, but due his expertise and logical approach to the project all the teams ensured we got it over the line and complete.
We do have some more projects to look in Wigan and Kent, but we do want to focus on making the cash flow stronger in our HMO portfolio. So please watch this space for Tungsten
