    We are pleased to have begun our apartment viewings. The viewings have gone really well. The flats went on the market on a Friday morning and by Monday we had 18 viewings booked. As of recording this vlog we have 4 flats set up to rent.

    We have not achieved sign off from Building Control as of yet but we are working very closely with the Wigan inspector to achieve this. The meeting held at the end of January was very successful and we all have a clear idea of what we need to do to get the building signed off and the tenants moved in.
    We are aiming to complete the project at the end of February with sign off with building control in early March 2023.
    The HMO side of the business is concentrating on paying down the mortgages owed, so that we can increase the cash flow from the Medway properties.
