This month we have been progressing with a HMO and commercial space in Rochester, Kent. We have had a valuer attend to value the property which will help us secure funding, along with holding a meeting with an officer from Medway Planning department. We are holding the meeting with our planning consultant, our architect and myself as we need to show the impact of our development which will be a positive impact to the officer so she can pass our application.
We are also appraising a deal in Wigan as a joint venture with our builder. This project is subject to planning but could give us 10 houses or 18 flats and would be a great fit for your objectives for 2022.
Its been a busy month learning new things, meeting new people and getting to grips with several new deals that have come our away. Busy is the way we like to be.
