This month we have had to pull out of the project at Rochester which was a decision we did not take easily. Based on the conversion being to flats it did now work financially for us versus the rental income we could have achieved as a HMO. We have lost money on this deal but we would have left a lot more money in the deal if we have progressed and this could have had issues on us moving forward with other future projects.
Wigan is moving forward quickly. We have got the trenches being dug so that the water supply can be increased and I have finally sorted the electrical supply issue!! We now have a date for August for British Gas to install he 5 new meters
We also have a planning application being spear headed by our Wigan builder.
I have also gone back to basics with posting letters to our key areas of Medway, Wigan, St Helens and Stockport. My aim to target those who are wanting to sell or are thinking about selling, and get in contact with me before an estate agent. I will keep you updated on how this works out.
