Here we are at the end of July and we are yet to complete and exchange with Wigan but we have made a lot of progress and have sorted a large issue that could have stopped the deal - this is resolved now. We have been told at the end of this week we will own the Wigan property.
My sourcer who looks through all the online portals has been a great tool to date, and now I have started to use Social Media to find sourcers. This has been very fruitful and I have made a number of contacts and spoken to over the phone to kick start our relationships.
I also create a post that was updating people on our requirements and we have had some very positive feedback with people actively calling the team. The things we are looking for are - land with planning permissions - commercial to residential conversions with planning, or - the purchase of flats with tenants in situ or those with tenant to allow us to get rental income from Day One
