This month we are to complete the Wigan purchase as we have had the license of application and contract finalised and waiting for signature. The contract is being issued so that we have a formal agreement between the two parties before we exchange and then the lease can be swiftly transferred to us.
We have started to gain real traction with sources who have offered the team numerous deals. We have looked at a pub conversion which will give us 10 units creating cash flow on Day One and we have also looked closer to home at Lewisham for a potential HMO conversion. We are doing our due diligence and research to check out the deals and crunching the numbers, so watch this space!
