We have finally secured WALLGATE WIGAN! This week the asbestos removal team are at the property to remove safely the offending items. This has put the strip out back by a few days but we hope to have the 5 new flats ready for market in a 8-12 weeks.
We are now officially Bannan and Sulley Developments Ltd. We have decided to target land with planning permission, residential to commercial conversions with planning, blocks of flats that need a full refurb or our forth option is its have a block of flats with tenants in situ.
We continue to work with sourcers and create a community where everyone is working towards success in business. We still want to have as many new properties in our portfolio by the end of the year so working with others to conduct the searches is a great solution.
