This month the team have continued to work on the Wigan project with the roof and lease vs freeholder concerns being a hold back. We hope to complete and exchange in the next few weeks.
But it has allowed us to concentrate on sourcing properties for a new strategy, supportive and social care living solutions. We are looking to the South East and North West to supply homes to those in need. We have had to make new contacts with this new strategy to help with council paperwork time lines, management companies and letting agent. Its been a great experience talking to new people and working out how we can help solve the UK's huge housing supply issue.
We are working on the new brand, Bannan and Sulley Developments Limited so we can launch this as soon as we have completed our first purchase! Watch this space.
