We have now placed a deadline on the Wigan purchase as the purchase is taking a lot longer than the 2 week required deadline set by the vendors. We are hopeful this is to proceed as we have invested into several surveys and got our new builder on standby to start.
We have being utilising the teams time by spending a large majority of time conducting online research. We have been looking online in the NorthWest to find locations where people desire units that we wish to create. The majority of projects I have looked are those near to train stations, big employers such as hospitals, so we can be more confident that our units will be demanded. We have reached out to sourcers on Facebook and LinkedIn to see if anyone can source for us in the North East. It has been lovely catching up with some old contacts and also creating new links and next month I hope to update you on what we have found and where our next project lies.
