This month we have been working hard to get our Northern purchase over the line. The vendors have offered a lease only purchase so we are working hard with both solicitors to ensure the lease states clauses that work for both parties.
We have had several surveys carried out to inspect the asbestos and structural situations. There seems to be an issue with asbestos but this is to be expected in a listed building. We have found a co contractor to move asbestos.
We have selected our building control contact and architect we wish to use, so we can move forward fast once we get the green light.
