We have begun to make slow and steady progress towards the purchase in the North. The draft paperwork is due to our solicitors this week and we have the asbestos and structural surveys being carried out which are vital to the sell. I am trying to get ahead of the game by creating a JCT and looking at the contractors terms so that we can push the button as soon as the purchase is complete.

Bannan and Sulley Developments have some big goals for 2021 so we have been looking for the next project. Once the Wigan purchase is into the build phase we would then be able to purchase the next project and the team can move seamless from Wigan to the next project.
