As we currently still find ourselves in a time dominated by Covid-19 Tungsten MG have not slowed down. We have decided to look to other areas to explore commercial to residential conversions. So after a visit a few weeks ago we saw the space, met a contractor who will also act as a project manager and also made connections with some letting agents. Given our location in the South East of England it is not viable for us to travel to site each week so the PM will be our eyes and ears, but between our team we will have someone representing the team visiting frequently. We have made an offer on the site and we are awaiting for the committee to agree to the price and then we can get heads of terms signed. We just have to sit tight for the moment but next time you see me I hope to have an update for you
