Hear this month about Tungsten MG's move into commercial to residential conversions. We visited a site in South East London which is currently an office and we are looking to create 8-9 flats here. We have begun our due diligence using our own experts to see what we can get from the scheme and if the current structure can support our plans. The vendor is very keen to progress with the sale but very keen for us to do our own research so we feel comfortable.
We are lucky to have had most of our tenants still paying their rent but we now have 2 non payers. The communication channels are very open and the tenants are talking openly to the letting agents but we do have insurance for a fall back option, but we would rather work out a payment plan.
