This month Tungsten MG have been working on tungstenmg.com as we are still in Covid lockdown. We have met with a successful business woman whose business is based mainly online, and taken guidance from her on how to use the website portal that hosts my site. She has given Tungsten MG some hints and tips on SEO performance, the layout and the set up, so check out the site. Plus she was brutally honest about the look and feel of our social platforms so please do give me your opinion on our new look plus our branding!

Tungsten MG have worked with a specialist in the social arena and taken education on hashtags such as the number of hashtags to use, google algorithms, what hashtags to use on what platforms. Again keep your eyes peeled on our changes and let the team know your thoughts.

We have begun to look at new areas away from Medway, so we have looked towards the south coast. There are some constraints such as mileage with my current work/life balance but we are considering creating a sourcing side to the business so we do not have to look after the projects, but can help others find good investment opportunities.

In terms of the management side of the business, we have a new tenant (our first female tenant) in our Croydon single let. We welcomed her with a card and gift and hope she enjoys the flat. We needed to do some maintenance to address the shower and we bought her a new fridge as previous tenants did not tell us that it was not cold like you expect, so we hope that our quick actions show her genuine want to make her stay in a Tungsten MG property comfortable.

I have also completed my first exam unit so looking to book the test once we are allowed and moving onto my next unit. I will let you know very soon what I am studying!
