This video gives you an update on the investor project where TMG are waiting for planning permission, and we also completed on our next project in Weston Road, Strood which will be our 5th HMO.
The team are carrying out a loft conversion to create the 5th room and converting the lounge into another bedroom which will replicate what we have done previously.
We also have started to look at commercial properties through our sourcer and this month TMG will go to Maidstone for our first auction. This is an exciting and new avenue for TMG so Emma will give you an update on this next month
