When you work for yourself and are self employed it is hard to stay motivated. I have touched on mentorships in the TMG January 2019 blog and a big part of the mentorship program is to keep you motivated. This speech from Oprah Winfrey makes us question what do you want to do with life and what is your path, plus who are you and what are you doing for others in your adventure to achieve your goals. We need to ensure that we are motivated by a wide range of stimuli that is not solely money or fame so we are all winners!
